what i use is queen helene mint julep mask, it sucks out all the dirt from your pores and all you have to do is wash it off and its all gone!
Visit a dermatologist. Don't try and squeeze it out, it'll take a while to.
if its only 1 %26amp; you want it out now, you can buy little blackhead remover tools - about the size of eyebrow tweezers. They are usually sold where you find tweezers, nail clippers, other grooming tools near the makeup area.





If you have several, start using over-the-counter pimple medication. If it doesnt respond, then visit a dermatologist and they can prescribe something stronger.

If you can't squeeze it out, sometimes you can stick the very tip of a fine-point needle into it and then ';pry'; it out. It's kind of a solid plug, so if you can ';skewer'; it, you can then pull it out with the needle at an angle. The other suggestion regarding the antiseptic and toothpaste is right on.
Squeeze it out. Then clean it with peroxide. Put white toothpaste on it overnight and wash off next morning. Any time that I have ever had a blackhead, I squeezed it and then it went away right afterwards.
