How do you get rid of acne on cheeks quickly?

I usually have really clear skin but in the past 2 weeks I've gotten like 4 little pimples on my cheek and it's gross.


I need them to go away ASAP.

when i see that i am getting acne i put rubbing alcohol on it i have oily skin tho so it doesnt dry my face out but it works
i use the ';proactive refining'; mask at night
