Is it normal for me to still get some acne while taking Doxycylcine Hyclate pills for my acne?

I have been taking 50mg Doxycycline Hyclate pills for about a week or so, and some pimples are still forming on my face. Im also using a topical for my face. Is this normal for acne to still be forming while taking medication?Is it normal for me to still get some acne while taking Doxycylcine Hyclate pills for my acne?
im on Doxycycline and if you went to a dermatologist they would tell you it takes several months to improve and it usually gets worse before it gets better for me it did anyways but if it gets really bad you might want to talk to a dermatologist in switching your meds my boyfriend took Doxycycline and it didnt help. i recommend if your acne is like mine where its a lot of whiteheads under the skin and black heads that are mostly small bumps all over to get an acne cleasing facial i got them every 2 weeks for 2 months and it cleared my acne up so much more then the meds and creams did what they do is they use small needles like acupuncture but they actually remove your pimples and use masks to remove layers of your skin it sounds awful but im scared of needles and its not that bad there thin needles. if you do that it should help, youll continue the meds and that will keep ur pimples from reaccouring in the future but the facial will get rid of your acne right now.Is it normal for me to still get some acne while taking Doxycylcine Hyclate pills for my acne?
