How to reduce redness of acne on your face?

I have a few blemishes on my face near my cheeks and they are red like all the time especially after i take a shower. Does anyone know how to get rid of the redness? I've been using Duac topical gel on my acne. Anyone know of a solution?How to reduce redness of acne on your face?
Hey, to reduce redness you can do either of these ..


- hold ice on the blemishes/pimples. you can use a clean cloth to cover it if its too cold.


- you can apply eyedrop using a cotton pad only on your blemishes/pimples.


- you can apply toothpaste ONLY on the blemishes/pimples. i recommend colgate. be sure not to apply too much or on the entire face. this can result in dryness of skin and more pimples will appear.


- place a spoon in the freezer and then hold in on your blemishes.


- place a cucumber slice on your blemishes.





I like putting toothpaste, as it can disappear overnight. put it before you sleep and it should disappear the next morning..

I've had this problem before.


there are a quite a few things I do,


like getting enough sleep and drinking water, but as for actual outside-the body stuff I use,


In the shower every morning and night, I use a cleansing puff (just with my normal shower gel, followed by garnier face wash (it's in a blue bottle, called skin naturals, and it's a chemical exfoliant), and then I use lemon myrtle soap, which smells lovely like lemon grass, and has stronger germicidal properties than eucalyptus.


I both use and sell lemon myrtle soap, I don't want to sound like I'm advertising in here so I won't link you, but yeah it has an amazing effect.

or try swimming! that will really dry out your skin.
cold blast to your face, cold towel, aloe vera cooling gel
i use proactive and it works pretty well i guess
