I need to wear an open-back formal dress for a special occasion. Know any remedies or regimines that have worked for you?How can I clear acne and dark spots from my back within a 6weeks?

I have permanent acne on my chest that has been there for YEARS and after using Clindoxyl for a few days it goes away. I should tell you though, if you stop using it, the acne does come back.

Cucumbers and vinegar, not at the same time, alternate, it works wonders!
Use this formula mix 50% warm pure honey and 50% natural almond oil. Apply to back at bedtime for 20 minutes,then wash off with warm water. Do this everyday.
I use proactive, it really doesnt help much for a while but then it stops acne, it doesnt do much for dark spots but if you cant get rid of acne by that time then buy dermablend http://www.dermablend.com/index.aspx
