Yeah your enviroment does sound very dirty , car exhaust etc will make acne a hell of a lot worse .Make sure every morning before you go to work you srub your face with soap .But that won't be enough hun , after you done that you should get an acne cream like http://www.StopMyAcne.Info I know its not natural but this is very cheap and it will start to prevent acne and then eventually get rid of it no time , got rid of mine in like 2 weeks , so you should give it a go

All antibacterial soaps and face washes and moisturisers should protect your skin for up to 12 hours just make sure you wash at least twice a day, also has your diet changed? i believe that dairy and chocolate are bad for your skin just a thought.
