What causes chest acne and how to get rid of it?

I have chest acne and it is not very noticeable except for one big, red zit right in the middle of my chest. I wear shirts that are mostly cotton, wash the area everyday and even apply a mask to it but it still won`t go away. How do you prevent chest acne and get rid of those nasty zits? What causes chest acne and how to get rid of it?
STOP popping the spots, also known as pimples and zits. This may make the pimple look worse due to inflammation and irritation. Popping a zit can spread infection under the skin and produce even more pimples than before. If you do pop a spot then immediately clean it with soap and water or rubbing alcohol in order to prevent infection. If a pimple erupts in a particularly bothersome place, learn how to target a single pimple. And if you鈥檙e determined to pop, learn how to pop a pimple safely and properly. If you do pop a pimple and you want to avoid anything resembling Western medicine, one thing to try is put a mixture of honey and ground cinnamon on the spot. Put a band-aid on it also. You may also want to stay away from stress. What causes chest acne and how to get rid of it?
How to Get Rid of Acne Fast

1. Drinking a lot of water can help eliminate and prevent acne because water is very effective in removing harmful toxins in the body. Therefore, you have to make sure to drink at least eight glasses of water daily.

2. Garlic is known to be potent in getting rid of acne fast. To use garlic as acne remedy, massage it onto face several times a day for one week. Regular garlic massage can help clear your pores and protect it from acne-causing bacteria.

3. To get rid of acne naturally, it is recommended to use rosehip seed oil, which is commonly used in many cosmetic products. Rosehip seed oil can get rid of your acne scars. To get the most benefits of rosehip seed oil, massage it on the affected areas for about fifteen minutes, a couple of times a day.

4. Another great suggestion to get rid of acne fast is to maintain a healthy eating habit. Make sure to avoid foods that are high in vegetable oils, sugar and saturated fats. These foods include cakes, cookies, chocolates, pizza, fast food and processed foods. Stick to healthy foods including vegetables, fruits and lean meats such as tuna, chicken breasts and turkey.

I've had this problem before.

there are a quite a few things I do,

like getting enough sleep and drinking water, but as for actual outside-the body stuff I use,

In the shower every morning and night, I use a cleansing puff (just with my normal shower gel, followed by garnier face wash (it's in a blue bottle, called skin naturals, and it's a chemical exfoliant), and then I use lemon myrtle soap, which smells lovely like lemon grass, and has stronger germicidal properties than eucalyptus.

I both use and sell lemon myrtle soap, I don't want to sound like I'm advertising in here so I won't link you, but yeah it has an amazing effect.
The weather can cause zits on the chest even if you feel like you're keeping clean and stuff. Be sure to minimize the oil factor in the area and apply a good acne/pimple cream to the zit/acne-prone area every morning/night. I don't think there is a need to apply mask to it since you might actually agitate the skin more.
I have herd that sweat causes chest acne .Also you could still have that zit because you have been touching it alot and when you touch your zits you fingers have oils and greece on it which make your zits even more worse . so don't play with it as much and try using Clearasil vanishing cream for acne .
I used to have horrible acne I can't even tell you how bad it was. I found www.StopMyAcne.Info and bought it it seriously cured my acne.

Like seriouslyits gone . I don't even have one pimple

After using this I can't believe it's only cheap and after you use it you won't either hahaThe trips I took to the dermatologist cost me WAY more than that lol and the CRAP they gave me just made my acne worse~!!!!! uhggg... lol

Oh and it also guarantees it will cure your acne in 3 days or your money back.

Anyway I hope this helps!

Acne has an affect on everyone. It is not going to zap away it will take some time.

You Will Need -

鈥?A gentle facial cleanser

鈥?Warm water

鈥?A towel

鈥?Topical acne medication

鈥?Sunscreen

鈥?Patience

鈥?A tissue

鈥?Noncomedogenic cosmetics

鈥?Shaving cream with benzoyl peroxide

鈥?A dermatologist

鈥?Prescription acne medicine

Step 1:

Wash your face with a gentle cleanser with warm water, every morning and night.

Don鈥檛 put pressure on your acne it will make acne red and irritated.

Step 2:

Gently dab away water on your face, but don鈥檛 take all of the moisture away because it will only make your skin dry. Be careful to wash your face too much because it can irritate your skin. If you have oily skin, get a tissue and wipe the oil away.

Step 3:

Apply a topical acne medication, from a dermatologist or from any store. You can also get lotion, or gel containing benzoyl peroxide and salicylic acid.

Benzoyl peroxide gets bacteria from the skin and salicylic acid helps unclog pores and prevent your skin from peeling. Get one that fits better for your skin.

Step 4:

Protect your skin with a non-comedogenic sunscreen(sunscreen that doesn鈥檛 clog pores). To avoid your skin from way too much sunlight, that can make your acne worse.

Step 5:

Use only non-comedogenic, water-based make-up that is oil-free. There are moisturizers and makeup that is made for people who have acne

Step 6:

Be careful when you shave. Shaving can irritate your skin and shake in only one direnction.

Some shaving creams have benzoyl peroxide, so it can help get rid of your acne.

Step 7:

NEVER squeeze, pop, or pinch acne. It causes more acne and it can make you get scarring.

Step 8:

Try avoid things touching your face, like holding a phone against your face, wearing sports equipment, or resting your chin on your hand.

Step 9:

Keep your hair clean and out of your face. The natural oils in hair can contribute to acne, as can hair products that contain oil.

Step 10:

If you still have acne while taking care of your skin you might want to go to a dermatologist. There are different types of acne and different treatment.

Step 11:

Be patient! Fighting acne can be slow, and it鈥檚 not going to zap away in a day. But when you get rid of your acne, you鈥檒l say hello to your new face.
